Cariflex has the largest industrial printing compound in the Omera Industrial Estate five (5 acres of 40, 000 sq. ft, former home of Trinidad and Tobago’s Printing and Packaging company- a state owned enterprise that was purchased by Cariflex as to expand its capabilities.
Our experienced binding staff and department offer our clients glue-perfecting binding for hundreds of thousands of books, magazines, and several publications that Cariflex has done over its many years of existence. This department is also responsible for many specialty boxes that are glued, either manually or mechanically, that you will see on the grocery shelves, fastfood outlets, cosmetic and pharmaceutical counters throughout Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean, North and Latin America.
CARIFLEX(1994) Ltd has in house die-making facilities. CARIFLEX(1994) Ltd excels at being a packaging specific, customizing packaging to suit your product presentation and production needs. With the ability to process 70,000 cartons per hour, they are versatile enough to handle both long and short runs.
Our die-cutting machines offer precision and efficiency. Our die-cutters will work for longer job runs. We also offer a large inventory of dies. Cariflex (1994) Ltd. has the capability of making custom dies for in-house and any packaging item seen on our online catalogue. Cariflex is one of the only companies in the Caribbean region that is capable of this since its inception.
Our dedicated graphic artists have the design capabilities and experience to think outside of the box and create spectacular concepts for the pleasure of our clients. A wide range of possibilities from self adhesive 6 colour "industry leader" labels to tiny garvey price making labels that identify and add value to your products. We also offer special purpose labels like baggage tags and garment labels. Options also include digital sequential numbering, bar-coding and ultra high gloss UV coating.
A variety of labels from self-adhesive to non-adhesive labels. There are higher quality labels with advance clearer image as well as finer dot print. It is coated with an advanced vanish coat that is chemically resistant and adds a longer life span to these high quality labels.
Our Sheeting machines offer precision and efficiency. Machines work around the clock to ensure that materials are supplied and distributed to the relevant departments to facilitate job runs.
